Our tiered model meets every student where they are — from school-wide programming to intensive one-on-one case management for students with the greatest need.
Tier I: School-Wide Supports
Services and activities that create a positive climate for every student — anti-bullying programs, assemblies, college fairs, and school-wide incentive systems.
Tier II: Group Interventions
Small-group programs for students sharing common barriers — tutoring cohorts, SEL groups, and attendance recovery programs with measurable progress goals.
Tier III: One-on-One Case Management
Intensive personalized support for our most vulnerable students — housing referrals, mental health access, crisis intervention, and consistent daily advocacy.
