July is National Make A Difference to Children Month

In the month of July, we raise awareness of the vulnerability any child can suffer if they lack a trusted adult in their lives. CISofHR is a team of TRUSTED adults you can count on to protect and guide your child.

Kim Ratz founded Make A Difference to Children Month in 2006. In his capacity as a child advocate, Ratz recognized how making a difference in children’s lives could lead to a better society in the long run. Parents, teachers, care providers, and the general public who care for children were among his target audiences.

As a child advocate, Ratz championed children in orphanages, shelter homes, homeless homes, and abusive homes. It was a noble cause, but many believe it was not beneficial because there were so many children who needed assistance. It is not the number of children who need help that is the problem, according to Ratz. It is about how many people are willing to step forward and help at least one child.

According to Ratz, it is critical to make an effort to change the lives of children. They can be your children, your neighbors’ children, or children who are friends with your children. It may be helpful to try to understand the problems facing the children. The help could be as simple as taking some time out of your schedule to spend with them. Alternatively, it could be a complex problem like mental/physical illness or financial strain. In any case, you can start making a difference in a child’s life by finding ways to help them. Start today!
